What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

If you become an affiliate, and elect to have us collect commissions on your behalf, we ask for your SSN # or Tax ID #.

How do we protect your information?

Your private credit card information is NEVER stored on our servers.

Your Tax ID is encrypted, before being stored on our servers.

Our social sharing tools will contain third party tweets, videos, and more. We have no affiliation with the sites providing this content. Nonetheless, we seek to protect our customers, and the integrity of our site as well as our brand, and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), and our Website and its Content is directed to individuals who are at least 13 years old or older.

Opting Out

All emails sent from our server have a self-unsubscribe link. You may also cancel your account entirely from our member's area, or by notifying us, via our contact page. Please note if you become a member, your data is kept indefinitely for our reporting records. However - if you cancel your account, you will no longer receive emails, and your login and website will be disabled.

Non-Member Terms

You agree you are least 18 years old, and you also agree to comply with all applicable laws where you live.

You must have a valid email address, and a working phone number (preferably a mobile phone) and you agree to update your profile, if your email address or phone number changes.

You agree to accept email updates regarding our program. We will never inundate you with emails or spam. We try to limit mailings to 4 a week. It is often less.

Refund Policy

All digital sales are final. No refunds. Physical product refund policies are given on an individual basis and are stated in the Order Page Process.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel at any time, by using the self-cancellation feature in the members area, or by requesting their account be cancelled, using our contact support form. If you cancel your membership with the self-cancellation feature, it becomes effective immediately. If you cancel via our support system, your cancellation will go into effect within 48 hours or 2 business days Mon-Fri. Affiliates

Basic Affiliate Agreement

Part A: Independent Status - You agree and understand that you are being given an Independent Affiliate (IA) status with our Nextus companies. As an IA you are not an employee of Nextus, and you are not eligible for employee benefits. You will be paid on a commission only basis for all sales made (directly by you or indirectly by us) to anyone who comes to us via your referral links.
Part B: Earnings and Tax Status - You will receive commissions through the payment sources you select in the MY PROFILE section of your back office Dashboard. You will be paid Daily, Weekly, or Monthly according to each individual product's pay schedule. By or before your earnings exceed $600 in a calendar year, you must submit for our records 1) a FORM W-9; and 2) a copy of your government picture ID (Drivers License or governemt issued ID Card). If you do not supply them your earnings will be held, not lost, or passed up unless you do not respond before the end of the same year. 3) You are responsible for your own income taxes. We will not withhold taxes, social security or any amount from your commissions. Each year that your earnings exceed $600 you will receive a FORM 1099 record of your income in late January of the following year for tax purposes.
Part C: IA Termination - The IA Agreement portion of this agreement may be terminated by you, or by us for any reason. If you terminate your Affiliate Agreement you must notify us. Use the CONTACT form on the home page of https://123PayRaise.com. We will not terminate your IA status unless you violate our Terms of Service. Terminating your IA Status cancels your right to receive commissions, it does not cancel your Lifetime Store Membership.
NOTE: Spamming prospects (sending unsolicited mass emails or mass text messages) is grounds for immediate termination. (See: "Unauithorized of Services" and "Prohibited Activities" below)

Earnings Disclaimer

All monetary earnings on our sites are expressed as Goals Not Guarantees. We make no claims of income or guarantee that you will make money using our website or services. This will depend largely on your own mindset coupled with your own actions.

Service Availability

This service is provided on an as is, as available service. We make no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Liability

We do not make guarantees of any kind. You use our website and services at your own risk.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall we, or anyone else involved in creating, producing or distributing this service, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use this service, and all the files and software contained within it, including, but not limited to, reliance on any information obtained through this service; or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to our records, programs or services. 

In the unlikely event that this program should ever terminate it's operations, its creator, operators, employees, assigns and successors shall not be held liable for any loss whatsoever to our customers.

Unauthorized Use Of Services

The following actions may result in the immediate termination of your membership without recourse and should NOT be done: 
  (a) sending unsolicited email messages (SPAM). We provide detailed instructions for all Affiliates about how to send correspondence without SPAM. If you participate in SPAM on behalf of ANY product or service, you are not eligible to continue using our site!
  (b) otherwise practice irresponsible marketing practices, that may offend others, and hurt our brand
  (c) using bots with our websites 

Prohibited Activities

Sites and individuals involved with the following activities are NOT ELIGIBLE: selling, providing, or linking to unlicensed content, pornography, warez, pirated software, hacking or spamming software, spam bot software, email address lists or harvesting software, or any materials endorsing violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, gambling, or criminal activity. 

Termination

Members caught spamming or otherwise causing harm to our program or it's users, will have their accounts terminated, and may be subject to prosecution for their actions.

We may terminate without notice, at our sole discretion, any membership deemed to be in breach of this agreement or otherwise found to be abusing or misusing the service, or harassing the other members or administrators in any way. 

Revision Of Terms

We reserve the right to add or delete material within this site, and otherwise make changes to the service and this agreement without notice. However, when these terms are revised, a Notice of Updated Terms will be sent to all members. Please refer back to these terms to keep up to date with them. Use of the site after a notice has been sent implies your consent to the updated terms.

NOTE: Affiliates must also abide by the general terms

COMMISSION ELIGIBILITY

You are soley responsible for making sure your affilite link is properly formatted. You will not be compensated for any lost sales due to an incorrectly formatted affiliate link.

Commissions will not be paid out for any sales, which for any reason were refunded, reversed or "charged back".

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

We make no claims of income or guarantee that you will make money using our websites or services. Your ability to earn depends on a number of factors, including your own mindset coupled with your own actions, where and how (and how often) you advertise the program, and how you follow up with, and close your leads.

It is your job to cultivate and close your own leads, and support, motivate and educate your team to do the same. Individual results may vary.

You agree not to make any claims, but instead, highlight what is possible.

AFFILIATE PRIVACY

You agree that any material you provide to us (upload, post, email etc.), may be used in our videos, and other instructional or promotional materials.

RECEIVING COMMISSIONS

If you choose to have the company collect your commissions, you agree to pay a processing fee of 0.50%. This reflects our added risk, expenses and workload, collecting and processing payments on your behalf.

If you choose to have the company collect your commissions, you understand that all commissions earned (minus processing fees) will be released into your account after 7 days, at which time, you must submit a withdrawal request in order to be paid. Payments are made on the 1st and 15th of each month.

If you choose to have the company collect your commissions, you agree to provide us with the necessary information (your SSN or Tax ID, full name and address) so we may pay you.

AFFILIATE DEFINITION

You understand your role as an affiliate marketer does not constitute a partnership, or employer / employee relationship, and affiliates are considered independent contractors, and as such, you are responsible for your own bookkeeping, taxes, and reporting, where applicable.

TERMINATION

You may not use or create negative posts, pages, campaigns, videos, etc., with words such as "scam" or "scheme", or otherwise do nitwit things that will harm our brand. You may not offer special deals or cash back rebates. Members caught spamming or otherwise violating our TOS and or causing harm to our brand or program will have their accounts terminated, and may be prosecuted for their actions. We will investigate all allegations before taking action.
